Description:: General Information about the RFQ
The City of Leesburg, Florida invites interested and qualified firms to submit a response to this Request for Qualifications for Professional Design Services for Reconstruction of the historic Mote-Morris House located at 1195 West Magnolia Street, Leesburg, Florida 347498.

The City intends to negotiate with and award a professional services contract to the highest ranked firm in accordance with Florida Statute 287.055. The services are required to provide design for reconstruction of the historical Mote-Morris House that was significantly damaged in a recent fire.

The City is now ready to proceed with the reconstruction and have obtained the services of a Construction Manager firm. The successful professional will be expected to work closely and collaboratively with the CM firm in this reconstruction effort.

Responding firms must have demonstrated and documented experience providing design services on historic reconstruction or rehabilitation projects with an emphasis on reconstruction following catastrophic damage to the strucure.
