157323 Market consultation RNLAF initial flight training capacity

Description:

Current (AC) platforms provides the RNLAF with an ab initio/initial flight training program for student pilots. This training program is aimed at preparing student pilots for the next phase of flight training and stream them for either a fast-jet, fixed-wing, helicopter or UAV platform.

As the RNLAF has started a transition towards a "fifth generation" air force, the training organisation and the way of training has to be adapted to that philosophy.

By launching a market consultation, the DMO as the contracting authority is looking AC products and services to support the transition.
