182769 RFI FMN Spiral 4 and Beyond

Description:

The Ministry of Defence is investigating which solutions will enable our ground forces to use their Land C2 system to communicate with coalition partners Land C2-systems according to the Federated Mission Networking Spiral 4 Friendly Force Tracking (FFT), overlay distribution and LC2IE specifications and beyond.

It is our intent to connect the Land Command & Control system (ELIAS) to a federated mission network, using Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) product(s) to comply with the FMN Spiral 4 specifications. Operational use for these specifications is planned for 2024/2025. Testing, Assurance, Verification and Validation and Implementation must be finished prior to this period (2023).
