De Nederlandsche Bank N.V., on behalf of the participating central banks and institutions that are affiliated to/member of the Eurosystem Procurement Coordination Office, intends to start an open European tender procedure for the supply, maintenance and support of standard software.
The following will be included in the tender procedure: - Supply and maintenance of standard software. This includes, amongst other things, additional licences and/or changing maintenance/support of the installed base;
- Provisioning of Software as a Service and Cloud software;
- Provisioning of software asset management and software licence optimisation advice and services;
- Consulting services with regard to new requested functionality and performing market consulting;
- Dedicated support and services during implementation, upgrades and updates of software, training and consultancy;
- A web-based portal for quotations, ordering and reporting purposes;
- Detailed reporting regarding maintenance and investments including vendor's specific terms and conditions.
