The Contract involves a Timecharter of a RoRo vessel for a maximum period of 10 years. The Timecharter period involves a firm period of five (5) years, an option of three (3) years, and an option of two (2) years, to sum up a contract period of 5+3+2 is 10 years. The Timecharter must enter into force preferred January 2022 and not later than June 2022 to be negotiated.
