The Contracting Authority hereby invites you to submit a Request for Participation in the European tendering procedure for the delivery - in different variants - and maintenance, including associated goods and services of: Hooklift trucks (HLT), Heavy equipment tractors (TR) and Recovery trucks (RET).

This European tendering procedure will be conducted as a competitive dialogue pursuant to the Dutch Defence and Security Procurement Act (ADV), which law implements the European Union public procurement directive in the field of Defence and Security (Directive 2009/81/EC).

The procedure will be conducted fully electronically via the Negometrix online tendering platform. Further information regarding the use of Negometrix.
