The scope of this contract is the purchase of an UHV evaporator for a quality improvement or purity of the deposited layers. For this improvement it is needed to purchase this UHV evaporator so it is possible with a lower process pressure (better vacuum) than has been usual until now. The quality requrements that are set for materials and machines are therefore high.
