KVK (Netherlands Chamber of Commerce) officially registers companies and gives them advice and support. The main task of the KVK is to keep the Commercial Register.

The ATA Carnet is an international Customs document, used under the internationally implemented ATA and Istanbul Conventions. It is used for the Duty and Taxes free temporary importation of goods and is widely known as the passport for goods. Almost 80 countries worldwide have implemented the system, the scope of application can be determined per country. The state of the Netherlands is member of the relevant Convention and has delegated the of production of the documents to the KVK.

The KVK is looking for a new ATA Carnet solution and invites tenderers to join the tender.
