115000 Delivery and maintenance of Electric vehicles for sharing purposes

Description:

The Contracting Authority intends to introduce cross border shared electric vehicles in relation to the in Tendering Guidelines chapter 3 mentioned pilot.
 
For that reason, the Contracting Authority is organising this tender procedure and aiming to the Assignment to a work, one-off service of one-time delivery. The object of the Contract is the delivery and maintenance of battery electric vehicles for sharing purposes for the duration of 30 months, most likely extended with 6 months to a total of 36 months. Generally speaking, the Contracting Authority's invitation to tender pertains to:
 

• Battery electric vehicles (40 envisaged);
• Service and maintenance of the vehicles

 
The award criterion used is the most favourable Tender from an economic perspective on the basis of the Best Value Procurement.
