That document contains all available information in relation to the submission, contractual conditions, and other aspects of the Tender Procedure. Interested parties are invited to submit their Proposal as directed by this Request for Proposals.

The purpose of this Tender Procedure is to select a Contractor who will deliver and innovate a Cloud Management Platform (CMP) solution as described in this document. The Contractor is the Bidder who best contributes to the objectives of SURF/SURFnet to deliver a best value for money, i.e. the most advantageous Bidder.
