TenneT is looking for providers of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV) to conclude one contract for the duration of 2 years. The scope covers the provision of CTVs and the respective crews for transporting persons from nominated harbors to nominated TenneT offshore platforms in the Dutch and German North Sea. The CTV will be working in close vicinity of the platform. Main duties are to ensure a safe transport and step over to and from the offshore platform.
The tender is separated into two lots (different vessel requirements and main region to serve).
Lot 1 covers the transport from/to mainly Dutch harbors to/from offshore platforms mainly in the Dutch North Sea via CTVs with a minimum economic speed of 24 knots and mainly 12 PAX (but up to 24 PAX) capacity.
Lot 2 covers the transport from/to mainly German harbors to/from offshore platforms mainly in the German North Sea via CTVs with a minimum economic speed of 20 knots and 24 PAX capacity.
Please note that Walk-to-Work vessels (W2W) are not included in the scope. Should the platform boat landing for CTVs not be usable (i.e due to damages or weather conditions), the client may utilize a W2W which can access the platform via a heave compensated gangway system at the assigned landing points accordingly. This utilization might be carried out via a separate tender that does not effect this present tender in any way.

Duration of contract: 24 months (up to 48 months upon two possible extensions of 12 months each)
Number of candidates invited to participate in the negotiations per lot: 3
The selection of the 3 candidates to be invited for negotiations after the submission of offers will be based on the above award criteria.
The evaluation of the subsequently finalized bids for the contract award will also be based on the above award criteria.
n order to protect the confidentiality of the information provided by the client in the tender documents, it is mandatory to conclude a confidentiality agreement as per "NDA" document provided for download (see below). For each lot, a separate NDA has to be submitted. Please send the signed and stamped copy to: Claas.Drechsler@tennet.eu.
After a plausibility check, the client will grant the bidder access to the complete set of tender documents.
The bidder can not deduce eligibility for participation only from signing the NDA. TenneT will only accept tenderers who successfully qualify during the call for competition phase to participate in the offer phase.
The application for the call for competition must be submitted in due time and no later than by
14.08.2019 at 12:00 CET
via the e-Award platform Negometrix.
Individual extensions of time will not be granted.
