Scope: Maintenance and Extension of the TenneT Germany Operational Communication Network
The objective of the Framework agreement described here is to economically ensure the continued operation and expansion of the existing corporate communication networks (hereinafter also referred to as CN@TenneT) up to a possible economic end of use in 2035, at the earliest, even if individual systems are discontinued before or during the term of the contract.
This is to be achieved by reassigning the framework agreements concluded in 2013 for the procurement of network components, services and maintenance, most of which expire at the end of 2020.
The Framework Agreement is planned for a duration of 5 years and a potential extension of 3 further years.
The award, including the framework contract to be concluded for supplies and services, has the following scope in particular: - Lot 1:
Support, service support and extension deliveries for transport Network PDH / SDH / MPLS / WDM - service demand approx. 580.000EUR/year
- hardware/software demand approx. 950.000EUR/year
- Lot 2:
Support, service support and extension deliveries for IP Network(routing and switching), ancillary and security systems - service demand approx. 1.250.000EUR/year
- hardware/software demand approx. 950.000EUR/year
- Lot 3:
Support, service support and extension deliveries for Offshore SDH, digital private mobile radio, industrial Ethernet - service demand approx. 300.000EUR/year
- hardware/software demand approx. 450.000EUR/year
Equipment and technology have been or will be procured within the scope of previous orders until the end of the existing contracts.
The tendering process consists of 2 phases:
Phase 1: Selection phase; with qualification per lot
Phase 2: Offer phase; after the selection of candidates, TenneT will directly start the Offer phase with a Call for tender (ITT, RFQ, Initial bid, Negotiation, Best and Final Offer, Awarding).
TenneT values the confidentiality of all provided tender information and documents.
Therefore,
• all provided tender information and documents will be treated with the highest confidentiality;
• provided tender information and documents will not be distributed to third parties, unless this is necessary for the offered services. In case information and documents are provided to a third party,
Candidate / Tenderer will arrange that this third party will sign a NDA;
• no copies of the provided tender information and documents will be made, unless this is necessary for
the offered services.
This confidentiality clause applies to the whole tender procedure (Selection Phase, the Initial Proposal
Phase, the Negotiation Phase, BAFO Phase) and will stay in force after the tender has ended.
Candidate has taken notice of the above and accepts the procedures as described.
