Description of the Tender
Maastricht university as partner in the ETpathfinder project will host a facility aimed at the development and tests of extremely sensitive optical interferometers. The primary goal is to improve the sensitivity to the level required by future generations of gravitational wave detectors. However, these developments will have broader applications than this purely scientific case.
The facility will consist of a large cleanroom which provides the environment for the experiments. Inside this cleanroom will be several compartments for different activities.
This cleanroom will be built in an existing hall owned by the University of Maastricht, Duboisdomein 30. The rough dimensions of the inside of the hall are 37m by 25m and with a clear height of 8 m. Renovation of this building is currently ongoing and includes the reconstruction of the floor to provide a stable foundation for the sensitive equipment.

The ETpathfinder collaboration, represented by Maastricht University, is looking for suppliers that can build the cleanroom including its internal compartments, a crane and the facilities described in this Tender.

Purpose and intended result of the Tender Procedure
The purpose of this Tender Procedure is <to be described> to enter into an Agreement with 1 party for the design and build cleanroom for ETPathfinder project.
