The goal of the tender is to contract one party that will develop and execute a Safety Leadership Program within TenneT.
The aim of the Program is a strong step up on Health and Safety Leadership Maturity within TenneT.
Our success is an achieved proactive level of cultural maturity. A stronger felt leadership, increasing in transformational leadership where a change of  focus is in place from emphasizing the negative (safety I) to the positive (safety II).
