Description:: Dear Sirs or Madams,

thank you very much for your interest in participating in the negotiation procedure with prior call for competition of the tender "Framework SCM Consultancy Services". We invite you to submit an application to participate.

To prove your suitability, you must submit the documents marked in Annex C03 - Contract Award Form section 2 via Negometrix. If any changes should occur to your own declarations during the competition, TenneT shall be informed immediately of the changes and, if necessary, updated declarations and supporting documents shall be submitted via Negometrix.

Applications to participate from bidders who do not submit the required forms will not be considered.

The deadline for submitting your application to participate via Negometrix
is Monday, June 8th, 2020 at 10:00am CEST.

Applications to participate received by the contracting authority after this deadline will not be considered.

The list of declarations and supporting documents to be submitted with the application for participation is contained in Annex C03 - Contract Award Form.
