Description:

Subject of contract is the provisioning of helicopter hoisting services in The Netherlands and Germany.

Helicopter hoisting is required as part of the maintenance phase of the offshore sections of the grid connection systems in the Dutch and German North Sea.
Helicopter hoisting operations (HHO) will be used especially for unscheduled deployments. Furthermore, it also shall be used to transport small amounts of cargo including dangerous goods and waste (usually packed in transport units, e. g. big bags).
The helicopter pilots will work in close cooperation with the Marine Operation Center (MOC) or the installation unit/Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) and will transfer the client's personnel mainly as well as third party personnel from designated airports in NL and GER to the offshore platforms or various installation units.

The fundamental requirements which helicopter hoisting must fulfil are the following:

Ensuring a safe boarding at the heliport and on site of personnel to be transferred
Ensuring a safe transfer between shore and offshore platform location and between different offshore locations (mobile units)
Ensuring appropriate facilities for the number of passengers expected
On request: Ensuring relevant PPE for helicopter hoisting
On request: Ensuring helicopter hoisting training for TenneT personnel

The tender is divided into two lots:

Lot 1: Helicopter Hoisting in The Netherlands
Lot 2: Helicopter Hoisting in Germany

The bidder can apply for lot 1, lot 2 or both lots.

From this, the bidder can not yet deduce that the client certifies the suitability of the bidder for further participation in the tendering process.

After expiry of the call for competition the client will invite the approved bidder separately to submit an offer.

Individual extensions of time will not be granted. A submission of the application by post or fax is not permitted. A violation of this requirement may lead to the exclusion of the application in the tendering process.
