Description:

Dit betreft de Europese openbare aanbesteding van het LUMC namens NECSTGEN voor het sluiten van een Overeenkomst met 1 Opdrachtnemer voor het ontwerpen, het fabriceren, het installeren en onderhouden van een  Effluent Decontamination System (EDS)  volgens de specificaties beschreven in de User Requirements Specifications (URS).

De aanbesteding geschiedt volgens de openbare procedure (de openbare procedure is een aanbestedingsprocedure met maar één ronde, waarop iedere ondernemer mag inschrijven) conform de Europese richtlijn voor overheidsopdrachten 2014/24/EG en de daaruit voortvloeiende "Aanbestedingswet 2012" van 1 juli 2016.

This is an European public tender for concluding an Agreement with 1 Contractor for the design, fabrication, installation including pipework in the building and maintenance of an Effluent Decontamination System( EDS) according the requirements of the User Requirements Specifications. 

The Public Procurement Act of 2012 of 1 july 2016 applies to this tender and the EU guidelines 2014/24. The published documents are in the English language. The description on Negometrix are in the Ductch language.
