EU - Tender ERP Application Management Services (ERP AMS)
As transmission system operator, TenneT takes a key role in supplying Germany and the Netherlands with electricity, positioned as indispensable player and enabler for German and Dutch infrastructure, industry, the service sector and private households. Accordingly, TenneT is involved in various complex construction projects in the energy sector and tasks various measures to ensure the high-quality realization of these projects.

The subject of this tender is the TenneT wide (corporate) ERP Application Management Services (ERP AMS) related to:

OneERP, SAP S/4HANA
OnePPL, SAP SuccessFactors
RPA, UiPath
SAP Ariba

In order to ensure a clear overview TenneT provides all Tender documents attached. As the tender is conducted during running implementations for the above mentioned product solutions it might come to adaptions in the Tender documents (as outlined in detail in section 3.3 "Procedure and deadlines" of the Contract Award Form). Such adaptions will be announced via Negometrix to the participants in the tender.

Aim of this Tender procedure is to contract one supplier for ERP Application Management Services (ERP AMS) to TenneT TSO GmbH, TenneT TSO B.V., or one of their group companies, hereafter collectively called "TenneT". For the detailed Group overview please see annex A01- TenneT Group Overview.

The TenneT TSO GmbH is the lead tendering authority.
