De Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam (EUR) is voornemens in het kader van onderhavige aanbesteding een Overeenkomst af te sluiten met betrekking tot de ontwikkeling van de Companion App ten behoeve van het bevorderen van de welzijn en het versterken van de academische prestaties van de studenten van de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.
De scope van de aanbesteding: - Het ontwikkelen van de Companion App voor mobiele apparaten (i.e. telefoons) inclusief een daarbij behorende de back-end en koppeling (via een link) met het bestaande 'wellbeing' platform binnen het EUR-intranet. De uitgangspunten en randvoorwaarden voor het te bouwen van het systeem worden vermeld in het programma van eisen welke bij aanvang van de inschrijvings-/gunningsfase zullen worden gedeeld met Gegadigden.
- Het op iteratieve wijze doorontwikkelen van het systeem op basis van de wetenschappelijke resultaten van het projectteam, die onder meer gestoeld worden op gebruikerservaringen, gebruikerstests en/of informatie over het gebruik van de app.
- Het adviseren van het projectteam over ontwerpkeuzes, onder meer ten aanzien van toe te passen architectuurprincipes, te gebruiken techniek(en), technische verbindingen/verbanden, 'serious gaming' aspecten. Dit alles tegen de achtergrond van Human-centered design (o.m. als omschreven in ISO 9241-210:2019).
- Optioneel: Het beheren/hosten van de front-end en back-end, alsmede publicatie op/het versiebeheer van de app in de Google Play Store en de Appstore van Apple.
- Optioneel: Het implementeren van het systeem binnen de IT-infrastructuur van de EUR ten behoeve van het beheer en onderhoud en hosting. Hier valt ook onder het blijvend functioneel werkend houden van het systeem voor de eindgebruikers, bijvoorbeeld door patches of structurele oplossingen.
Met de winnende inschrijver zal de EUR een Overeenkomst en de Verwerkersovereenkomst sluiten.
Deze niet-openbare aanbesteding voor de ontwikkeling van de Companion App zal volledig via het platform Negometrix verlopen, te bereiken via www.negometrix.com.
The purpose of this European tender is to select and contract one (1) Contractor who is able to properly execute the Assignment, as described in chapter two (2), for the benefit of EUR employees.
In scope of the tender: - Developing the Companion App for mobile devices (i.e. telephones) including the associated back-end and link (via a hyperlink) with the existing "wellbeing" platform within the EUR intranet. The basic principles and preconditions for the construction of the system are stated in the requirements, which will be shared with the Candidates at the start of the tender phase.
- The iterative development of the system based on the scientific results of the project team, which are based, among other things, on user experiences, user tests and / or information about the use of the app.
- Advising the project team on design choices, including with regard to architectural principles to be applied, technology (s) to be used, technical connections / connections, "serious gaming" aspects. All this against the background of Human-centered design (a.o. as described in ISO 9241-210: 2019).
- Optional: Maintaining / hosting the front-end and back-end, as well as publication / version management of the app in the Google Play Store and Apple's Appstore.
- Optional: Implementing the system within the EUR IT infrastructure for management, maintenance and hosting. This also includes keeping the system permanently functional for the end users, for example through patches or structural solutions.
Both an Agreement and a data processing agreement are concluded between the Contracting Authority and one Contractor.
This restricted tender for the development of the Companion App will be conducted entirely via the Negometrix platform, which can be reached via www.negometrix.com.
