EU Tender "Travel Services"

Dear Sirs or Madams,

thank you very much for your interest in participating in the open procedure of the tender "Travel Services". We invite you to submit an application to participate.

As transmission system operator, TenneT takes a key role in supplying Germany and the Netherlands with electricity, positioned as indispensable player and enabler for German and Dutch infrastructure, industry, the service sector and private households.

As such TenneT has an need for travel services accessible through a corporate travel framework. This aimed framework needs to be sustainable and future proof with main characteristics:

Harmonized travel services for the TenneT organization in Germany and the Netherlands
A modern and friendly experience for TenneT travel users thereby focusing on on-line servicing and employee self-service.
Ensure travel safety and security
