TenneT intends to award a defined Service Level Agreement for the provision of onshore storage of spare subea HVAC and HVDC cables in cable baskets at quayside at a suitable location.
The tendered services include the engineering, production and delivery of Cable Baskets as well as the services required to operate said Cable Baskets, meaning the provision of storage space and maintenance and cable and Cable Basket handling.
Award criteria for both lots: Weighing:
"Technical concepts & Availability" 35%
"Contract Conditions" 25%
"SHE (Safety, Health, Environment)" 5%
"Price" 35%
Duration of contract: 36 months (up to 60 months upon two possible extensions of 12 months each)

The selection of the candidates to be invited for negotiations after the submission of offers will be based on the above award criteria.
The evaluation of the subsequently finalized bids for the contract award will also be based on the above award criteria.
In order to protect the confidentiality of the client's information, it is mandatory to conclude a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Please download the attached NDA and send the completed, stamped and signed document to the following email address: Claas.Drechsler@tennet.eu.
After a plausibility check, the client will grant the bidder access to the complete set of tender documents.
The bidder can not deduce eligibility for participation only from signing the NDA. TenneT will only accept tenderers who successfully qualify during the call for competition phase to participate in the offer phase.
The application for the call for competition must be submitted in due time and no later than by
24.08.2021 at 12:00 CET
via the e-Award platform Negometrix.
Individual extensions of time will not be granted.
Submission of the request to participate (applications) by email, post or fax are not permitted. A violation of this requirement may lead to disqualification of the tenderer.
