Description:

Negotiated procedure with prior call for competition

TenneT is responsible for the 900 MW grid connection projects DolWin5 to connect the relevant offshore wind farms to the associated HVDC offshore substations DolWin Epsilon. For working and for safety reasons signal testing strategy of the auxiliary systems on the platform and the substation have to work. For this, TenneT has the responsibility for the health, safety and the environment to produce a working automated auxiliary system that can monitors the platform systems, communicates to the land station and to main SCADA system.

After the successful commissioning of the signal testing of the auxiliary systems, the project DolWin5 shall be handed over to the operations department.

Technical provisioning 50 %
Contractual conditions 20 %
Price 30 %

If you meet the requirements then you will be eligible to participate in this tender. After a plausibility check, the client will grant the tenderer access to the complete set of tender documents.

The selection of the candidates to be invited to the negotiations after the submission of their offers will be based on the above award criteria.
Number of candidates that will be invited to participate in the negotiations: maximum 3 candidates.

The application for the call for competition must be submitted in due time and no later than by:
Sat 27 Nov 2021 11:00
via the e-Award Negometrix platform.
Individual extensions of time will not be granted.

Please consider that all documents shall only be provided on Negometrix platform.Submission of the request to participate i.e. applications by email, post or fax are not permitted. A violation of this requirement will lead to the exclusion of the application in the tendering process.
