This qualification system shall cover the provision of Remedial Burial services of offshore HV power cables in the German or Dutch North Sea.
TenneT reserves the right to extend this scope of work to cover its assets in Belgian, British, Norwegian and Danish waters in the future.

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is to be concluded to protect the confidentiality of the client's information.
Please download the attached NDA and send the completed, stamped and signed document to the following email address:   Claas.Drechsler@tennet.eu

Once the NDA has been received and considered complete, you shall be added as participant to the prequalification system and granted access to all questions and documents accordingly.

Please note that there is no schedule and no deadline for the participation in this qualification system. In the event of a requirement for Remedial Burial services we are going to issue individual invitations to tender (ITT) to prequalified companies only.

Please carefully read the Scope of Work and Procedural Guide once you have been added as a participant to the qualification system.

The questionnaires will guide you through our requirements with regards to information and documents to complete the first part of the application process.

The application for participation must be submitted electronically (in a standardized data format, such as PDF and MS Office format) via the Negometrix e-Tendering Platform, including all required information and supporting documents.

All attachments have to be submitted exclusively via Negometrix only. Please use the templates made available on Negometrix.

The client is entitled to transfer the rights and obligations of the subject matter of the contract to a special purpose vehicle (NewCo), irrespective of whether third parties have already participated as shareholders in this project company, or only after any transfer of this master agreement to such a project participate.

The contract(s) will be concluded without guaranteed minimum purchase quantities.

Authorized to call for this framework agreement are also companies affiliated with the client within the meaning of §§ 15 ff. AktG.

TenneT will only place orders w.r.t. to this contract as soon and as long TenneT is in the full responsibility to purchase those demands. In cases of joined projects for which TenneT is not in full charge of provision of remedial burial services, the Contractor is not entitled to claim for providing such services to TenneT.
