Purpose of the tender: the Assignment
The Engagement involves Framework Agreements with 3 Strategic Advice Partners, in which new initiatives related to the scope will be requested and awarded via a mini competition between the preferred suppliers. Royal Schiphol Group (RSG) expects a Strategic Advice Partner to support in all sorts of strategic and complex issues, to deliver the desired high-quality (end) product and to guide in complex strategic processes, in order to lift RSG to a higher level ('best in class'-level). The Engagement includes the following tasks and responsibilities: - Support for mid and long-term strategy and vision development in co-creation with Royal Schiphol Group, including, but not limited to:
- Analysis of current situation and trends, benchmarks and expected future developments (outside-in view);
- Scenario-analysis and forecasting;
- Financial analysis, business cases (e.g. due diligence) and risk analysis;
- Quantitative and qualitative impact analysis of strategic options and policy measures (e.g. economic impact analysis);
- Vision, strategy and roadmap formulation, strategy updates.
- Assist Royal Schiphol Group in complex strategic processes, including, but not limited to:
- Support Royal Schiphol Group in complex and high impact (strategic) issues, both internally and externally;
- Guiding in required leadership transformations to support the strategy;
- Assist in realizing broad support for and engagement with strategic plans, including at board level;
- Stakeholder management.
