Description:: Dear Sirs or Madams,

thank you very much for your interest in participating in the negotiation procedure with prior call for competition of the tender "Framework Ramping-up End-to-End Delivery Processes". We invite you to submit an application to participate.

In the frame of the extensive optimization of our internal processes, leading to an end-to-end process oriented organizational structure, the management of TenneT faces numerous strategic tasks and challenges in the foreseeable mid- and long-term future. For these purposes external consultancy support will be required. In front of this background, TenneT intends to sign framework agreements with consulting companies specialized on strategy advisory services for a period of 3 (three) years with extension options of further 3 (three) years in total.
To prove your suitability, you must submit the documents marked in Annex C03 - Contract Award Form, section 4 via Negometrix. If any changes should occur to your own declarations during the competition, TenneT shall be informed immediately of the changes and, if necessary, updated declarations and supporting documents shall be submitted via Negometrix.
Applications to participate from bidders who do not submit the required forms will not be considered.

The deadline for submitting your application to participate via Negometrix
is Friday, February 18th 2022 at 11:00am cet.

The list of declarations and supporting documents to be submitted with the application for participation is contained in Annex C03 - Contract Award Form.

All relevant Annexes will ed.be attachted.
