With this public European tender, AEB aims to conclude an agreement with one party for the design, production and installation of AEC Air Preheaters. The disassembly of the current AEC Air Preheaters is also part of the scope.

AEB has decided to replace the air preheaters of the four AEC incineration lines. Due to the technical condition and age, it is necessary to replace the air preheaters before 2026. The Contracting Authority aims to conclude an agreement with the Tenderer who produces the best thermal design at the most favourable price. 

The Contractor must produce a thermal design that meets the minimum requirements set out in the specifications.

Met deze openbare Europese aanbesteding heeft AEB tot doel het sluiten van een overeenkomst met één partij voor het ontwerpen, produceren en inbouwen van AEC Luchtvoorverwarmers. Het demonteren van de huidige AEC Luchtvoorverwarmers is eveneens onderdeel van de scope.

AEB heeft besloten de luchtvoorverwarmers van de vier AEC-verbrandingslijnen te vervangen. Vanwege de technische conditie én leeftijd, is het noodzakelijk om vóór 2026 de luchtvoorverwarmers te vervangen. Aanbestedende dienst heeft als doel een overeenkomst te sluiten met de Inschrijver die het beste thermisch ontwerp maakt tegen de gunstigste prijs. 

Opdrachtnemer dient een thermisch ontwerp te maken dat voldoet aan de gestelde minimum eisen zoals opgenomen in het bestek.
