Preparation and execution of nearshore and offshore services within the scope of repair work on all submarine cables of TenneT in the German and Dutch North Sea (which are in operation and are no longer covered via warranty provisions). Furthermore, the consulting of the client, the provision of personnel, working platforms (ships) as well as all necessary equipment are part of the contract.
Repair services (incl. surveying) on all (HVDC, HVAC, FOC and other) submarine power cable systems - Total length of all cable systems: approx. 3000 km - Water depths: 0 m to approx. 50 m - Cable laying depths: 1.5 to 10 m (required) The services to be provided by the contractor include: - the provision of vessels and working platforms, including all necessary equipment and personnel - the repair and safe handling of submarine cables - project management - obtaining permits - preparation of procedures and repair concepts including regular revision - reporting - participation in repair preparations - inspection/maintenance of spare parts - all necessary work and efforts leading to the fastest possible repair of submarine cables. The following services are NOT included in this Contract Notice: - Cable Fault Location* - Cable Repair Works Onshore - Cable Jointing*
* These services are not directly part of the tender, but will be supported within this Service Level Agreement (SLA4) by the Contractor by providing working platforms, vessels, further supplementary services as well as in the follow-up.

Term of the contract: Term in months: 36 months plus 3 times optional extensions of 12 months (3 [+1 +1 +1] years)
Information on the limitation of the number of applicants invited to bid/participate Planned number of applicants: 4 The selection of the four applicants who will be invited to negotiations after the submission of the offer,will be based on the award criteria.
The evaluation of the bids that are then finally negotiated leading to the award of a contract to the first-placed bidder will also be carried out on the basis of the above-mentioned award criteria. In order to protect the confidentiality of information provided by the contracting authority in the tender documents, a non-disclosure agreement shall be concluded. Bidders are permitted to submit signed NDAs to the Contracting Authority at any time during the Request to Participate process. The contracting authority will grant the bidder access to the bid documents after a plausibility check has been carried out. From this, the bidder cannot yet infer that the contracting authority certifies the suitability of the bidder for further participation in the tender procedure. In this regard, the contracting authority will send separate invitations to submit bids to the bidders admitted to the tender procedure after the expiry of the deadline for submission of requests to participate.
The request for participation must be submitted in due time, namely no later than by 26.09.2022 at 12:00 PM CET via the e-tendering platform Negometrix (participation request deadline). Individual extensions of the deadline will not be granted.
Submission of the request to participate by mail or fax is not permitted. Any violation of this requirement may result in the exclusion of the participation application.
