1) GOAL
The goal of this tender is the conclusion of a 5-year framework agreement for the provision of "crane maintenance services" to be executed on the Client´s offshore-converter platforms, located in the German as well as Dutch North Sea.
2) SCOPE OF SERVICES
The scope of services is divided into the three maintenance categories "preventive maintenance", "corrective maintenance" and "(short-term) emergency maintenance". Furthermore related services such as "provision of materials", provision of tools and workshop containers", provision of rental equipment" and "documentation" are included within the scope.
3) NDA
In order to protect the confidentiality of the information provided by the Client in the tender documents, it is mandatory to conclude a confidentiality agreement as per "Non-disclosure agreement" (NDA) provided for download (see document "NDA_CraMa" below). To ensure equal treatment of all bidders, modifications are only possible in the yellow-marked areas of the NDA. Please send the signed and stamped copy to the following contact person:

The bidder cannot deduce eligibility for participation only from signing the NDA. TenneT will only accept tenderers who successfully qualify during the call for competition phase to participate in the offer phase.
After a plausibility check, the Client will grant the bidder access to the complete set of tender documents.
4) CALL FOR COMPETITION
The application for the call for competition must be submitted in due time and no later than by Friday, 02 Sept. 2022 10 a.m. via the e-Award platform Negometrix. Individual extensions of time will not be granted.
Submission of the request to participate (applications) by email, post or fax are not permitted. A violation of this requirement will lead to the exclusion of the application in the tendering process.
Please make sure to familiarize yourself with the Planning section, Documents section, Messages section and the Q&A tool early enough. Please also consider all documents provided on Negometrix.
5) AWARD CRITERIA - Technical concept: 32.5 %
- Contractual conditions: 25.0 %
- Price: 32.5 %
- SHE concept: 10.0 %
The selection of the candidates to be invited for negotiations after the submission of offers will be based on the above listed award criteria.
6) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - The summaries of the questionnaires for the call for competition as well as for the bidding phase are available as a pdf file below as preliminary information. The questionnaire for the tender itself is only accessible to the applicant after submission of the signed NDA and registration for this tender via Negometrix.
