Here You find the tender documents for the European Tender for Ticket Vending Machines GVB.
This tender concerns the purchase of, initially, around 140 ticket vending machines in different types and related services like installation, maintenance, instruction and documentation as well as the removal of the exsisting ticket vending machines.
This initial quantity will make it possible to replace the current ticket vending machines in the metro stations, and to expand the number of machines at the tram and bus stops. The ticket vending machines consist of a hardware and software part that together form a properly functioning ticket vending machine.
The tender will take place entirely electronically, and the Negometrix procurement tool will be used (www.negometrix.com). All communications and exchanges of information between GVB and the Tenderers in the context of the tender shall take place via this procurement tool, unless expressly stated otherwise.

This tender is subject to the ARN2016 version 1.0 of 1 July 2016, unless clearly stated otherwise in this selection guideline. The ARN2016 has been included as an Appendix. Careful study of the ARN2016 is recommended, and should be read in conjunction with this selection guideline.

Hier vindt u de aanbestedingsstukken voor de Europese aanbesteding Kaartverkoopautomaten GVB.
Deze aanbesteding betreft de aankoop van, initieel, ongeveer 140 stuks kaartverkoopautomaten in verschillende uitvoeringen inclusief daaraan gerelateerde diensten zoals installatie, service beheer en onderhoud, instructie en documentatie alsmede het verwijderen van de bestaande kaartverkoopautomaten.
Met dit initiële aantal worden de huidige kaartverkoopautomaten die bij de metrostations staan vervangen en daarnaast dienen ze ter uitbreiding van de halteautomaten op de tram/bushaltes. De kaartverkoopautomaten bestaan uit een hardware- en een softwaredeel die als een geheel samen een goed werkende kaartverkoopautomaat opleveren.
De aanbesteding verloopt volledig elektronisch, met toepassing van de aanbestedingstool Negometrix (www.negometrix.com). Alle communicatie- en informatie-uitwisseling tussen GVB en de Inschrijvers in het kader van de aanbesteding vindt plaats via deze aanbestedingstool, tenzij uitdrukkelijk anders aangegeven.

ARN 2016
Op deze aanbesteding is het ARN2016 versie 1.0 van juli 2016 van toepassing, voor zover daarvan in de aanbestedingsleidraad niet uitdrukkelijk wordt afgeweken. Het ARN2016 is als bijlage opgenomen. Aangeraden wordt het ARN2016 goed door te nemen en in samenhang met de aanbestedingsleidraad te lezen.
