As part of its Offshore Grid NL - Program TenneT is in the preparation stage of a tender (ITT) for a cable temperature monitoring system (DTS & RTTR).
This tender shall result in a framework agreement with one contractor . The scope of the intended contract includes design, engineering, production, delivery and installation of DTS/RTTR cable monitoring systems for 220 kV sea cable. The scope can also include DTS/RTTR systems for 220kV and/or 380 kV AC land cable, in order to connect the offshore AC platforms with the respective land stations and existing 380 kV grid. The scope will be further specified in the specific tender.
This tender process shall consist of two phases:
Phase 1: selection phase (period April-June);
Phase 2: call for tender (ITT, RFQ, Initial bid, negotiation, Best and Final Offer, awarding).(period June-September)
After selection of candidates, TenneT directly will proceed with the call for tender for the mentioned activities. The receipt of the Initial Offer is scheduled for mid of July; the BAFO offer at the start of September.
