Scope: Manufacturing and Delivery of High Voltage Protection Equipment, ancillary goods and services in TenneT's HV grid in The Netherlands and Germany:
Lot 1: Bay Protection Equipment Netherlands
Lot 2: Busbar Protection Equipment Netherlands (including On-Site Testing)
Lot 3: Busbar Protection Equipment Germany
Part a: 80% of lot value, Part b: 20% of lot value
Lot 4: Bay Protection Equipment Germany
Part a: 60% of lot value, Part b: 40% of lot value
Training of TenneT staff to perform engineering tasks is to be offered; can be ordered optionally, if required.
On-site support is to be offered; can be ordered optionally if required.
Principally Installation, System Integration, On-Site Testing (excluding Lot 2) and Commissioning are not in the scope.
The tendering process consists of 2 phases:
Phase 1: Selection phase; with qualification per lot
Phase 2: Offer phase; after the selection of candidates, TenneT will directly start the Offer phase with a Call for tender (ITT, RFQ, Initial bid, Negotiation, Best and Final Offer, Preliminary-Awarding, conducting a test and verification Phase, Final Awarding, Pilot Phase, Approval of Equipment).
TenneT values the confidentiality of all provided tender information and documents.
Therefore,
• all provided tender information and documents will be treated with the highest confidentiality;
• provided tender information and documents will not be distributed to third parties, unless this is necessary for the offered services. In case information and documents are provided to a third party,
Candidate / Tenderer will arrange that this third party will sign a NDA;
• no copies of the provided tender information and documents will be made, unless this is necessary for
the offered services.
This confidentiality clause applies to the whole tender procedure (Selection Phase, the Initial Proposal
Phase, the Negotiation Phase, BAFO Phase) and will stay in force after the tender has ended.
Candidate has taken notice of the above and accepts the procedures as described.
Moreover the candidate sends a signed Version of the attached NDA to the following E-Mail Tender68343-HVProtectionEquipment@tennet.eu
After approval of the NDA the candidate will be added to the tender in Negometrix.
