Turnkey construction of two AC grid connection systems to connect the offshore wind farms Kaskasi II (approx. 342 MW) and Gode Wind 3 (approx. 242 MW) to the associated HVDC sea stations.
The tender encompasses 2 lots. Each lot comprises the production of an independent, self-contained AC grid connection system:
Lot 1: Kaskasi II
With the Kaskasi II project, the contracting authority (here also called TenneT) plans to install a three-phase AC connection in North-Sea-Cluster 4. The three-phase current generated in the Kaskasi II offshore wind farm is to be transported to the HVDC substation HelWin beta via two AC submarine cables.
Lot 2: Gode Wind 3
With the Gode Wind 3 project, TenneT plans to install a three-phase connection in the North-Sea-Cluster 3. The three-phase current generated in the Gode Wind 3 offshore wind farm is to be transported to the DolWin kappa offshore converter platform via an AC submarine cable.
Both lots comprise a turnkey and ready-to-operate installation of the AC grid connection system required to connect the wind farm. The AC cable system consists in particular of AC three-wire submarine cables with integrated optical fibres, sleeves and cable terminations. In addition, the scope of supply and services includes the planning, design, manufacture, delivery, erection, installation and commissioning as well as all systems, auxiliary systems and components required for a safe and highly available operation of the cable system.

1. Non-disclosure agreement / NDA
In order to protect the confidentiality of information provided by the contracting authority in the tender documents, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) should be concluded for each of the two lots. In order to have access to the complete tender documents of both lots and to be able to make a decision on which lots you would like to apply for, it is essential that you select both lots (by checking both boxes) when accepting our invitation via Negometrix.

2. Tender Procedure Guide / Instruction to Tender

3. Award criteria
The aim of the contracting authority is to identify the most economical tender in the course of the award procedure and to award the contract to the tenderer concerned. Within this document, the criteria according to which the most economical offer is determined are defined and described.
